Our room is ideal for groups of 10-20 in private and semi-private sections of the restaurant and we can offer space for mixers, cocktail parties, holiday office parties and presentations, as well as 1/2 or full room buy-outs.

Rostizado insists on the best possible ingredients for all of our dishes and we offer a number of gluten free and vegan options as well.
Our pork and our chicken come from Four Whistle Farm, located just 45 minutes south of the city and our steak is AAA NY Striploin. Our seafood is carefully selected, delivered fresh throughout the week and we are proud to be featuring sustainable Ocean Wise products on our menu.
For our guests that follow a plant-based diet, our dinner menu boasts 15 selections that are either vegan or can easily be made vegan at your request. Our lunch menu also offers a variety of meat and dairy free options.

Founded by Dani Braun, Chris Sills and Edgar Gutierrez, the Tres Carnales Group planted itself in Edmonton with a street-food inspired Mexican hotspot, Tres Carnales Taquería. Now its Mexi-Edmonton roots deepen with an old-world cooking concept made modern at Rostizado. The 70-seat eatery & bar combines the unforgettable cooking & dining style of Mexico’s rosticerias with exciting modernity.
Here, laid-back Modern-Mexican cooking is enjoyed family-style. Just as Latin American dishes have been influenced by global culinary culture from the Middle East to France and Spain, the diverse culinary riches found across the 32 states of Mexico serve as inspiration for Rostizado in Edmonton.

The strongest conceptual clue to describe the restaurant and fare lies in the name. Rostizado directly translates to “roasted” and sums in a word how fresh, quality local ingredients are tended in traditional-Mexican rosticeria fashion: slow-cooked, heartening and distinctly chingón.
Chef Edgar Gutierrez goes for home-grown goodness in a space that feels like relaxing at a friend’s home. Passing abundant platters, sharing drinks and celebrating everyday pleasures — whether big or small – is what Rostizado is about. Everyone is welcome!
